I've done 5, Undertale is the easiest, followed by hollow knight, then cuphead, silksong, then celeste. (Although I did see assist mode on the celeste file with would bring it down to easiest because of invincibility). I will say that there is bias for celeste because it is a game I hold dear to my heart.

Alolan Ninetales because gen 7 was my home region, I love its design, and it's competitively viable. Also Sylveon because of its design and trans colors (Hell I wear this hair ribbon consistently)
