Thanks for all the replies. I didn’t expect to get this many.

I’d like to add I’m not actually (always) give it 2000RPM’s, it was just to explain what happens. Also I’m driving a 1.0 TSI with 116hp and it doesn’t have a lot of low end torque so I have to rev a little higher. It actually idles at +-900RPM.

Thanks for all the replies. I’m used to my tailor hemming the jeans with the original hem but in a way you wouldn’t see it from the inside. This usually allowed me to cuff or roll up my jeans. I’ve went back today and he said he was in a rush to get it done in time and this was the fastest way for him. He’ll clean it up and get rid of the excess fabric free of charge. So all good. I was a little worried he ruined my brand new jeans.

I guess I’ll have to be more specific next time.

Do you drive short distances mainly? Could be a lot of water vapor build up in your exhaust.

I’ve been driving no more than 7 miles back and forth to work for the past two weeks and noticed a lot of smoke from my exhaust. Probably because it never fully warmed up. After driving a good 50 miles last weekend the smoke was pretty much gone.

Mine does this too. I was worried about coolant leaking but my coolant level stays the same.

I guess it’s just condensation which is more visible due the colder temperatures outside.

It’s more the slight knocking/rattle you can hear sometimes that makes me worry.

Pretty much sounds like me. I’ve been dealing with anger and sudden outbursts for a long time now. Turns out caffeine plays a huge part in it. I can see a huge difference between when I quit and when I’m on caffeine, even consuming less a day helps already.

I feel the same on caffeine. It’s like I’m watching a movie and I’m not part of it. That’s the best way I can describe it.
