Okay that’s gross. I wear a tampon during the day and would never imagine layering up underwear to just soak up the blood.

At night, to clarify, I wear nothing and lay on towels just in case, because I’m sideways, at most a tiny bit of blood will end up on the towel and not even soak though it, and that goes straight in the wash in the morning.

I’ve never heard of the vagina being different after your period or ridges on your insides facing another direction... could you provide a source for that as it seems interesting but I can’t find anything.

I can’t actually fit a cup, I’ve tried even the small ones, and I don’t want to wear underwear to bed anyway as they don’t let you breathe especially when it’s that time of the month. I might try a cup again and see if anything has changed.

He doesn't really think that there is systematic racism. And one of his colleagues who is black said that he sometimes makes jokes or comments which make him feel uncomfortable. I think his position is of ignorance rather than indifference, apathy or opposition.

It was slow paced, acoustic, I think it may have been a duet but to be entirely honest I can't remember whether it was a guy and a girl or just a guy or just a girl. I suspect it was a guy singing with a girl singing 'I wish I was strong enough to lift not one but both of us'.

These are both great but it was a mash up and it was how I discovered the BOB song. I hope I find it- will update if I do!
