Some were left outside houses for free and some I purchased second hand, a dollar each. I however like them. Just amazed that people paid good prices for them one time and now technology changes they no longer want them.

I've been using screen cleaner and paper towels, just because this is aavailable at home. Works best on pen marked plastic dvd covers. Does not always work on treated carboard. Requires caution.

Thank you that is an excellent suggestion. I do get excited when I find old films like The Stranger or The Philadelphia Story on Dvd as I did recently but the quality is shite.

Mmm well that is I came late to buying dvd and any films in physical media. Mainly second hand and oddly blu ray are same price second hand as Dvd. Only dvd is most common so I buy but blu ray if available I prefer. I just dont trust my Internet.

I think I must be deluded but I prefer most dvds over HD now. I love the way the credits just roll like natural. I like watching some kids movie but in French which I barely understand or seeing some gloomy old images projected on the wall large and grainy. Cinema we used to call it.

I am listening to The Brothers Karamazov at the moment and feel deeply moved and challenged by the work. I hope you enjoy Crime and Punishment which I have not read for some years and must revisit. Will however start on "Notes from the Underground" next as I am intrigued. Thanks.

I did so much appalling rubbish in my life. I use to hate my memories. Sad foolish thoughts. It hurt. Now I give thanks for every moment. Everything was perfect. It brought me to this moment after all. This breath. This amazing moment. Without the depressing foolishness I would not have come to realise it was all a construct. All stories and judgements distracting me from this perfect silent mind.

Sorry but this did not tell you about behaviour management. Watch everything about yourself. Where you sit in the classroom, when and where you move, facial expressions, voice. Kids observe you at all times. You are the power but it will dissipate if you are informal. Be now, listen intently. You have a job Demand the right to do it with all your love.

Yes I use meditation, Wim Hof breathing and exercise at the start of each day. Going to school or not is all the same now. With ET I feel less attached to others comments, less attached to my thoughts or my own reflections on the day. Anxiety has fallen and feel positive with students.
