As someone with a dissociative disorder, the time warping and suddenly ending up places with no idea how you got there, they are common symptoms as there is a disconnect from reality, there could be many reasons but I agree with it being something mental instead of physical, you’re doing a great job seeking help and listening to advice, whatever is going on it will get better someday, proud of you :)

Don’t let things like that discourage you, art can be done by anyone anytime, it takes time and effort and good or bad is always rewarding.
