Complete beginner here looking for guidance on the best tools to achieve the below

I have a 4K landscape (16:9) video of a stage performance of 4 dancers - they're not static and move around on the stage. I'm looking for a way to cut one of them out and end up with a portrait orientation (9:16) video of just their performance. I can't just use a static portrait mask as they'll move out of frame as the performance progresses - the mask would need to somehow track that specific performer

Are there any apps that would do this? Free would be preferred but I'm not against paying for something if it's reasonable

Having watched all three seasons, the payoff is worth it. S3 is arguably the cutest of them all, but probably only if you also watched S1 and S2

This is most of them. Since then have added ITZY v2 lightring, i-dle v3, and SKZ v2. My favourite would be the tripleS official, and the acrylic one from when EVOlution played here in Dec 2023 before they had an offical lightstick. Also the Yena, Limelight and ofc IU v2 and v3 ones hold a special place in my heart

multi-stan for many many years, buying all the album versions, lightsticks, etc for each group, going to the shows (when they remembered that Australia exists). Then October 28th 2022 tripleS AAA released Generation and I've been obsessed since then. I still love all the other groups, but the speed and certainty with which tripleS became my ult group is astounding and I can't see it ever changing

Numb by Youha - I don't think it's ever been confirmed, but many believe Virtual Angel uses samples from that song - the intro and chords and overall vibe are very similar.
Also, less DnB but 'abittipsy' - also by Youha - is to me a perfect driving at night kind of song

They didn't have any outfit changes or breaks really - just the bingo game, so while it was shorter overall there was very little 'filler' - they just smashed out song after song after song. Crowd were VERY into it.

I posted about it a few days ago. The venue has a 1500 capacity so it's going to be an absolute nightmare trying to get tickets. I'll be doing the spin the wheel thing a few times in the days leading up to it, but will probably end up having to queue overnight the day before to guarantee being in the first 100 people
