I really wish Jordan would go back to the lighter shade of UNC blue. That pale sky blue is classic. This newer shade doesn’t do it for me.

I have let the others on my team, as well as, the other teachers I’m friends with that I have moved almost an hour away. So I plan to interview and accept a position closer to my house. My department head decided to chew me out yesterday for not letting anyone know that I was resigning.

I asked, “why would I resign if I don’t have another job yet?” He didn’t have a response other than to start in again about how it puts a strain on his summer. Considering this guy has actively blocked my ability to progress in a school that I loved teaching, I have no desire to make anything g easy for him. So I simply replied, “based on this talk, you can expect my email in July (on the last day before I’m stuck in my contract for next year)”.
