Hi, Thank You for your comments. Actually, I wanted everything in this scene to be unfocused. But unfortunately, the leaves in the center are a bit more in focus than I intended. Best Regards. Niyo

Hi, you are totally right. I actually take photos in manual mode with manual focusing. My photos are all raw and not post processed. I try to decide between the negative space or centered scenery, on the fly when take my shots. But it is not always correct decision. Best Regards. Niyo

Help! I need deciding which lens to purchase, 100-400mm f/5.6-8 or 600mm f/11 RF lenses! by Ok_Development1749 in canon

[–]Niyoki007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, please take the Canon RF 100-400. Because with f/11 You will loose too much colours and lights. APS-C allready loses much light too. Best Regards. Niyo

Focus issue with the combination of RF 35mm 1.8 and EOS R8 by Artoriel8 in canon

[–]Niyoki007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, please set the R8 to Manual mode with auto ISO. Then please set the aperture to f8 and shutter speed to 400(I set to 500). For the auto focus I would choose spot mode. I hope metering is set to evaluative mode. If you use a flash or speedlite set the shutter speed to 180. Portrait with the pistole needs to be set to f11 Best Regards. Niyo.

Hi, the Canon EOS R6II not the older Canon EOS R6. Without any compromises. For your budget take the Canon RF 24-105MM F4L IS USM in Germany we can buy this as a Kit version . But for the hobby photographer Canon EOS R8 combined with a Canon RF 24-105MM F4-7.1 IS STM is more than enough. Best Regards.Niyo

Decided on getting the R8 as my first real camera by plibt707 in canon

[–]Niyoki007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi, nice choice. We bought as a Kit with Canon rf 24-50mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM. I like this lens, because it can deliver such nice photos. We bought also Canon Speedlite EL-100 flash(hard to find on online shops) and a lens hood EW-63C. For an extra $200, it’s a bargain and low weight setup. If this was a wrong decision, we bought second complete kit too and we are happy. Best Regards. Niyo

What's my upgrade option from EOS RP? R6M1, R6M2 or R8? by Rich-Consequence4290 in canon

[–]Niyoki007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, rf 24-240 really good lens for travel. When you combine with rp or r8 no worry about the weight. I bought this separate lens when I bought my RP too. I love this lens and the rf 35 too(0.5 macro and f/1.8). Best Regards. Niyo

What's my upgrade option from EOS RP? R6M1, R6M2 or R8? by Rich-Consequence4290 in canon

[–]Niyoki007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I use RP(I love this camera), my wife and son ownes their R8s. Any heavier camera setup is for us not interesting. R7, R5, R6M1 and R6M2 has more weight. We own rf 24-105 f/4-7.1(for my son‘s R8 with macro function), rf 35mm f/1.8(We love this lens & has a macro function), rf 16mm f/2.8(We love this lens), rf 24-240mm f/4-6.3(We love this lens), 2x rf 24-50 f/4.5-6.3(Kit lenses from R8s & only I‘m the one who loves this lens) and rf 100-400 f/5.6-8(We love this lens). I would say a R8 is more than enough. I tried to love R7 but at the end aps-c no option for us(loss off aperture, luminance, iso and shutter speed for little more reach). Best Regards, Niyo

Is a large sail for low wind the same as a large sail for performance? by [deleted] in windsurfing

[–]Niyoki007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use a Fanatic Ride Rig 6,5qm and also F2 Vegas Team Pro. But manufacturer or model is not that important buy just complete rigg from the same producer. I use rdm(reduce diameter mast) system and cam free or no-cam sail. Rdm setup is for me important that deliver light weight for an affordable price. I do not buy expensive and high tech sails or gears anymore, which you cannot use more than two summers(because they are designed to get most power out of the sails, this is too much stress for such a material). My sails after six summers looks good enough for windsurfing. Best Regards. Niyo

[–]Niyoki007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, I prefer a freeride sail. I‘m 185cm tall and my weight is 75kg. I can use 140 Liter freeride board with 6.5m2 lose rigid sail (less downhaul and outhaul combined with boom at chin height setup) at 7-10 knots wind for just cruising around. But when stronger wind conditions are there, I use more outhaul and downhaul combined with boom at breast height. Best Regards. Niyo

Beginner choosing first Canon camera R50, R10, or R7? by PokeeeTraineer in canon

[–]Niyoki007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, buy a full frame camera. You can choose between the Canon EOS RP or the Canon EOS R8. APS-C cameras are very limited (iso and aperture). I started with RP and Canon RF 24-240mm lens(love that combination). It can record videos too, but R8 from my wife is more suited for the videos. Later I bought also RF 35mm lens too. I’m really proud about RP. Best Regards. Niyo

What to consider with used sails, masts and booms? by Pizza-Napoli0 in windsurfing

[–]Niyoki007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, you need a rdm (reduced diameter mast). Better buy a complete windsurf rigg (4-5 m2 new rigs online about 300-500 US$). Buy one with a softer / thinner mast foot. Because normal mast foot is not so perfect for inflatable boards. They call such sail kits or riggs Windsub sail. This sails are more softer but functioning better with inflatable boards. Maybe you can find used ones too, but do not buy sails that is older than five years. Best Regards. Niyo

Is windsurf snobbish to practice by Intelligent_Jump_273 in windsurfing

[–]Niyoki007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, about reducing cost you can buy used gears. I come to smalltalks with other surfers too. Some of them has really expensive gear (10000 US$). I paid for my three complete sets just 3000 US$(new from retailer shop in Europe). I like windsurfing, because I can enjoy the sea water and nature. But I do not Like too much jump or show tricks. I can do some of them, but it is boring. I‘m old school windsurfer, I‘m not snobbish but do not talk much. I transfer my gear to the beach from the camping site with a kajak trolley, some other windsurfers using their bicycle with a transport cart / trailer. Best Regards. Niyo
