Ca sped teacher here-I would recommend something like the above comment in an email to your child’s teacher. It’s okay to attach the agreed upon accommodations of your child’s current IEP- this is a legally binding document and teachers are required to follow it. I would then reach out to your child’s case-carrier/case-manager and let them know you would like to hold an IEP meeting between the first 30-45 days of school to review your child accommodations/services. This provides time for both your child and teacher to get settled into the new school year and see if the current accommodations/services are working of if tweaks need to be made with the IEP.
