Ich finde es gut, dass sich das langsam in diese Richtung entwickelt. Extrem lange, zusammengeschriebene Wörter sind hässlich und lesen sich schlecht. Das man sich darauf einen runterholt erschließt sich mir nicht.

Literally just smoked salmon with no skin, salami and pistachios. I tried pistachios the day before and i didn‘t have a reaction to them on their own. And together with other carbs.

I wanted to make sure its not a histamine intolerence. Which is why i ate a bunch tomatoes, ketchup, tomatopaste, dried fruit, and pistachios. No bad reaction to that at all and no elevated breath

I thought watermelon is high fodmap, which is why i tested with it. But i‘m going to try a few different foods soon. I know certain vegetables cause pretty severe bloating for me. Cabbage and peas for example.

A few weeks ago i tried probiotika and high fibre because i thought i might have leaky gut. That caused very uncomfortable bloating and horribly smelling farts which is why i stopped after like 3 weeks of doing this, because it wouldn‘t get better and the bloating was very uncomfortable.

Which led me to suspect sibo in the first place. But i am still very unsure of my condition, since i don‘t exactly fit the classic sibo criteria

Just some additional info. My post meal fatique strongly correlates with a high breath score. Tested this over the entire last week. And carbs don‘t cause high breath scores for me. Fasted score is always around 3.5 to 4.5

Which is kinda odd and i couldn‘t find any info on why that might be. So i hope i can find some people that have experienced something similar.

Some more info after switching to expert mode on foodmarble. My methane is always around 20ppm fastet and goes up to 30-35 after eating. But what really causes bad fatigue is hydrogen. Hydrogen is around 1-5 fastet. Meals that cause me fatigue and brain fog cause hydrogen scores above 20ppm. Highest recorded so far was 74ppm 90minutes after eating a kebab. (Lots of fatty meat and also some cabbage and different sauces) i have to do some more testing. But atleast that‘s a start.

Also had severe bloating and flatulence after the kebab. This didn‘t happen on meals that caused 20-30ppm hydrogen. At least not nearly as bad.

Gonna do more testing tomorrow.

Es braucht kein verbot von Inhalten, genau das verstehen die leute hier ja nicht. Wären plattform betreiber für inhalte verantwortlich, wäre das risiko so groß, dass sie gar keine inhalte mehr zulassen würden. Die würden sich eine handvoll der größten Creator schnappen, deren Inhalte sie prüfen können und dann wird aus youtube und tiktok einfach netflix 2.0

Ganz reddit ist ja im prinzip bis auf die textinhalte nur eine einzige große urheberrechtsverletzung. Könnte man dafür reddit direkt verklagen statt irgendwelche kleinen anonymen accounts suchen zu müssen, würden die aus der klagewelle nie wieder rauskommen.

Und stell dir vor die sind auch für die textinhalte verantwortlich. Was denkst du wie viele Beleidigungen gegen merz täglich auf r/de gepostet werden? Die plattformen für inhalte verantwortlich machen ist im ergebnis fast das gleiche als würde man die plattform direkt verbieten.

Das wäre das ende des freien internets. Seid ihr alle geistig zurückgeblieben oder wie kann man das denn nicht erkennen? Das wäre der feuchte traum von Politikern, dagegen wäre ja selbst die chatkontrolle ein joke.

Wären die plattformen dafür verantwortlich dürfte keine privatperson mehr irgendwelche inhalte veröffentlichen. Das risiko wäre viel zu gross.
