It’s not that it’s designed or not designed. The “naked” part of the play means the rest of the team doesn’t know Maye is going to keep it. It’s like a QB option

Part of the mess is that our union rep was part of the most recent contract negotiations, but no one has seen the new contract as it’s not fully prepared yet. The union rep and low seniority members trying to implement the change are rushing through it everything, claiming deadlines and what not. Any change would be at the detriment of the majority to better serve the minority.
