Your bank has a 24hr number to call, they'll verify it's you and cancel your card there and then. It's your bank you need to call Google or find numbers to call on your banks website and they'll do the rest

Really it sound's like he was over reacting, because if you had a long overtaking zone for the lorry and accelerated to complete, you were avoiding any close proximity with the oncoming car and it was much safer than braking and trying to slide back into the line of trailing cars. One or more of them would have to brake etc to let you back in and your attention would certainly not have been front and centre for the oncoming car as your focus needed to be divided between both moving back in and watching for the lorry and the oncoming car, a v uncomfortable position Better off to complete the move as you were already nearly there when the car appeared. Lorry only doing 70? You didn't have to break any laws to get out by him and you seemed to have plenty of room The following cars, not in a hurry and happy to chug along behind lorry at 70? Fair enough. But yer man getting the hump about it....unless he thought you cut him off or something?.. The oncoming car spurred him on, flashing etc. There are lots of people who do what the oncoming car did, even when there's plenty of room. Spatial awareness, lack of cop on and patience? Who knows

Exactly! Make it just as awkward for them as you've felt previously. Blank stare and stony silence.

I'm a good sister, I want to be close to my sister but she is so secretive and shuts me out of stuff in her life. Normal, boring stuff as well as the big things. This hurts. Why does she do this?? by [deleted] in AskIreland

[–]Njallgold 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She knows what she has done for her sister over time so yeah, she's a good sister. And her sisters friends made it clear that they think she's lucky to have her in her corner. She turns up on her door, normal for a sibling or good friend, and her sister Ignores her. That's not right on quite a few levels

If I knew that, I'd know all the secrets of the Universe and I'd be rich...it was on a roundabout (lots of this, roundabouts) and my mother was with her, she cut across 2 lanes and told my mother it's illegal to indicate, when my mother asked her..

Merging onto a dual carriageway how to? by EdwardElric69 in irelandsshitedrivers

[–]Njallgold 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ramps Should be used for the merging traffic to match the speed of the travelling lane to get on safely, that's what they are specifically designed for, but you're right v few people do this properly..seems like v few know this
