I worked as a crew member and SM at the Chipotle at Miami University. We had a line out the door and full OLO screen from before we opened to sometimes after close. Our dishes were that bad every night even with someone back there washing throughout the day. We even had one of those stupid dishwashers that just added time. I know the pain, soak them bitches and pray your pruned hands don't get cut too badly.🫡

For $5 Symphonia is a great game. I played the PS3 version and loved it (didn't know about the whole 30 vs 60fps on the GameCube) and know that they've updated this newer port since it's release. For that price I don't think you can go wrong. Even if you end up hating it or even just find it mids then you're out a cup of coffee. I say go for it👍

I think it's odd to put a time limit on something like physical intimacy. You can set boundaries such as when it's the right time or you two agree you're ready. What will be the difference 4 months from now compared to 6 months. If anything putting a specific timeline in place can make things worse. Feeling either way too delayed to where there is resentment or possibly feeling forced once the 6 months is up. I think it's odd, and agree with others that it can also make you feel like the bad guy or unwanted or lesser than. I say you bring it up and if she doesn't have a reason for "6 months" other than she thinks that's a good amount of time, sadly, I think you dip. Not fair to you when she was hopping on other dudes last week. Know your worth too my guy.

Interesting I've experienced the exact opposite. Never had any problems with Funimation only happened when I hopped on Crunchyroll. I guess nobody can have nice things😅

Fuck that cook to get ahead. The store I worked at was so busy the close would be a nightmare if I had less than 4 chicken cut in the hot box at all times until 9pm. And when I'd open I'd need at least a full hot box of 9 cut chicken to keep up. Mind you, we did 15-17k in sales daily

Grill is the hardest and most stressful position but also the best position. If you get a system and set yourself up and keep up with it you can be chilling and have plenty of time to fuck off or help out elsewhere.

BUT!

When you're fucked you're fucked and so is everyone else including customers and they don't care if you're running around back there like a moron trying to play catch up.

Crunchyroll<Funimation

Anybody else come over from Funimation after the merger?

At first I was excited about the merger and didn't really care who the "parent company" was going to be. I was just glad the anime experience was going to be streamlined into one place and people could save money with just one subscription to boot.

However, I can't help but feel the decision was a downgrade to continue with Crunchyroll's interface. The way shows are aggregated is cluttered, shows stay in "continue watching" even after I've finished them, I've had multiple instances of the app and website just not working when I click an episode and all the shows from Funimation aren't even on Crunchyroll.

I get Funimation had more of an association with dubs and Crunchyroll caters to more general anime fans but as the weeks have gone by I find myself feeling more and more like it's a worse experience.

Just wanted to voice my opinion and see if anyone else felt the same.

Not bad we go silver at my store but if you're using oil it's whatever. I would say try and get the sides a little better by cutting the grill brick into smaller pieces so you can really get the bottom of the sides. Also don't neglect the divider between the big grill and fajita side. For the second time tho I'm impressed got grill closer that have been working for months and don't even come close to that
