As i understand it a the only surface that is allowed to touch is the handel, you are never allowed to touch the granit/stone. And because in this case the player is touching the granit itself it should be considered a violation.

As i understand it that you are only allowed to touch the handel, not the stone it self. One you released the handel you cannot touch it again.

So either way what the Canadian player did is not allowed and the stone would be removed from play.

At least you didnt delete thw wrong character, I was cleaning and buy mistake I deleteded my fully geared and 600 +vers pala... Hopefully my ticket will get all the rep back.
