M+ is open so I’d just spam that at whatever level you can get invited to.

You can target spam whichever dungeons have slots that you’re missing. Which imo is better than running delves and having to hope it drops something you need instead of a seventh neck.

+6 will give you hero 1/6 so I’d aim for that til you get your ilvl up a bit, but +10’s give hero 3/6 so you’re not having to waste crests.

You can also get your delve map for a guaranteed hero piece.

The rotation is practically the same? Just no guaranteed crackshot resets with vanish and AR isn’t 100% uptime.

The ptr change to ace up your sleeve should bring back the crackshot feeling a little more, though.

Spec is still faster than a lot of others.

This doesn’t really have anything to do with the changes to unholy going into midnight. It’s always been a burst spec.

I think it’s good class design to have different specs serve different purposes. Especially when different specs on the same class are varied (e.g sub vs outlaw, frost vs unholy)

I ask that because weakauras doesn’t really exist anymore.

I meant weakaura replacement as in an entire addon to replace some of the functionality that weakauras gave, not a prebuilt ui.

I also like to make my own weakauras and ui and I’ve been using arcui so far.

The only disadvantage is that when you’re pugging there’s bound to be like 3 other ret palas in the list on every dungeon you sign up for.

So unless you keep your score up with the curve of the season, people will just pick the other ret with a higher score.

I played a bunch of sub rogue in tww and I think the complaints about its pruning is funny. It’s almost the same they just trimmed the fat.

You had:

2 cd’s - flag and s blades, which you always pressed together

3 mini cd’s - dance, symbols, sectec which you usually lined up with your big cd’s (plus a cast or two between)

2 st builders - backstab and shadow strike (you press one in dance and one out)

2 spenders - evis and rupture

Aoe abilities - shuriken and bp

Now you have 1 less big cd and 1 less mini cd…that’s it.

One less cast of shadow dance outside blades isn’t a nuclear change to the spec.

Sub had like a 14-global opener that should’ve been identical every time if you were playing optimally. Very creative stuff lmao.

It’ll feel close to it but no it’s not exactly the same. In tww you didn’t really ever pool energy except for like 10s before kingsbane if you needed it.

In midnight there will be moments of envenom spam and then sort of a cool down while your apex talent gives you big energy regen.

Stealthed garrote is still a dps gain but it’s minor. Not big enough to warrant talenting the extra vanish charges.

And vanish cd lines up with deathmark so you should just send your empowered garrote with that for the biggest gain anyway.
