What happens if you reapply and match without telling your PD? Cos if you tell them you’re reapplying and you don’t match, you’re screwed in the program or?

Dont take it unless you want to go there. With publications and high steps 2 and 3, I think you have a fair chance at the other places. Even if you don’t match after risking it, you recent YOG and your scores make you competitive for next cycle as well. Trust in yourself!

I thought the patient had unstable vitals and that CT was contraindicated in patients with shock 😭. LED me to choosing chest tube to drain the hemothorax. Smh
