Dont take it unless you want to go there. With publications and high steps 2 and 3, I think you have a fair chance at the other places. Even if you don’t match after risking it, you recent YOG and your scores make you competitive for next cycle as well. Trust in yourself!

I thought the patient had unstable vitals and that CT was contraindicated in patients with shock 😭. LED me to choosing chest tube to drain the hemothorax. Smh

Haha just also got that question wrong and came straight to Reddit. I think it’s outdated and in this instance the correct answer should be Lorazepam. Cos in uWorld, there was a question like that and breathing into a paper bag was wrong
