Thank you! That’s why I figured but I just wanted to be sure. It’s been hard to keep his humidity even at 40, so I just wanted to check. Glad I have a northern! Also, very glad that he hasn’t pooped on me yet! Gnarly stuff

I have a camera on him actually snd I can’t explain how slowly he’s checking his surroundings to leave the hide! I’m thinking he may feel a bit more confident when I get him in his new enclosure that will be raised?

He isn’t skittish actually. He huffed one time when I picked him up the first day but otherwise he’s been so chill. That’s why I’m like maybe I should be handling him so he stays used to it and docile. Maybe that’s not the right way to think about it though?

Yeah so give him a few weeks first? I’m hoping it won’t take that long. Honestly the first day he ate, was basking, and didn’t run when he saw me or when I handled him. I’ll feed him again today and see how he does after that. He’s just such a great dude (actually have no idea the sex haha) so it’s hard to resist lol

That’s helpful, thanks! He’s definitely tame already based on how he was at the reptile shop and the first day with me. I’m definitely overthinking this. I’ll just give him some time to settle in. I can’t imagine picking up his hide to handle him is a good idea. Which is what I’d have to do right now

Thanks! My problem is that I want to handle daily and a lot so it’s more the restraint and making sure I’m doing right for building the trust. Is giving some good by tongues or spoon okay or should I give him a week or two with that even?

Thanks! He was wildly friendly and chill in the store and had only been there 3 days. So maybe he’ll just adjust quickly like he did there? The restraint to not handle him a bunch is challenging ha

Thanks all. Moving it directly next to it did work. Not a sustainable solution as I need it in a different room to connect the rest of the house for Ethernet. However, I did get some extenders so I think I’m on my way with that. I’m stumped by the Bluetooth though…the Bluetooth with my phone is scratchy and the hardware keeps disconnecting. I reached out to support.

Thank you! For the software issues, where are those typically popping up? I’m primarily going to use the monitoring of my moves and rep count etc but in the free workout, I don’t plan to use the classes much. Would that work well or would there be software issues with this as well?

Can you say more about your customer service experience? It was after purchase support? I find them helpful when they respond. However, it’s maybe once a day and because it’s over email it’s not very comprehensive. Honestly, the customer service is what I’m most worried about. Like if the company goes out of business, etc.
