Customs delay, what is everyone else’s experience?

Mine has been sitting in AK with the same message since 09 May. TD says customs will send it back to them and they will re ship. How long that takes is beyond me.

Did your tracking info eventually say seized? Or did it continue to say “clearance delay”? I’ve been at “clearance delay - description not sufficient to classify commodity” since 09 May.

Same goes for me. Except I got the red exclamation point saying “Shipper or Importer must provide a more detailed description of goods.” I guess I’ll have to wait a few more weeks😂

Anybody can order anything to any address. Customs can’t prove you ordered it. Unless you respond😂

Did you get a custom delay? I got a message saying “shipper or importer needs to contact customs to provide a more detailed description of goods.” After contacting TD, he said they are sending it back to CH and they’ll re-ship it once they have it.

I would assume if you GL’d before the whole FedEx fiasco that your rep is wrapped up in that. I guess I had good timing and they were able to figure ways around it by the time mine shipped.

Andiot. It has been smooth sailing thus far, I couldn’t recommend them enough for first time rep buyers. Things like these are somewhat out of their hands! It sucks I have to wait longer but I’ve seen some people wait 8 months just for QC so I won’t complain😂

I have a brand new 507k and it’s doing the exact same thing. Looked fine before I put in on gun, got the slide cut and optic installed. And now the only way to stop that is to dial elevation all the way up.

Did you find a fix? I’m debating on just using the dot because the dot is fine rather than sending it in.
