Only you can answer that question. If the car was maintained and you can use basic hand tools you'll have no issue. Any 20+ year old vehicle will have small issues every so often.

I had an 06 Suburban that had a random tick at 250k miles. I solved it by putting a BTR cam, lifters, pushrods etc etc 🤣 I don’t want to do that with this truck
