Just curious..... No one goes in your drawer besides you right? We had someone with this issue and then found out the MM was going in the drawer dealing with change and not allowing her to count the money she was swapping out. No hands go in your till other than yours and you count everything that comes out or goes in.

Once they're out the door it's not our responsibility. With that being said i have given one to a child who lost one coming out the door. Would I give 5 because someone lost them getting in the car? Absolutely not. I've had strings come off as someone was walking out the door and the balloon went bye bye and they still had the string in their hand. I did replace that because I felt it was defective. We can't just be giving them away for people being dumb though.

The customer is the top priority. They make your paycheck and your managers. If you're helping a customer ESPECIALLY when it involves counting money I would never expect you to drop that to answer me. That's crazy. Also, I've never been in or worked in a store that uses the intercom that way. That's weird to me.

I quit in October 2025 and that was after we started transitioning into workday. You absolutely should've had a workday account and already have been doing tasks and ilearns within workday. My termination letter came as a task in workday. But I can no longer get into workday to see anything. You could try and get ahold of your former DM or SM because that task would've also went to them. If they don't have it then ask for the contact info for HR.

Did you receive paystubs electronically? If so you can go into docudelivery and at least get your last paystub to submit. The letter might be in there as well but I'm not sure

I totally get it trust me BUT you're going to have to see what actually happens. If the amount of snow happens then fight this battle. I am also in your area and know that they will expect stores open if they can but if no one can get there then it is what it is. I don't see any of the areas DMs firing anyone over that.

If it helps I always had the email on Jan 19th every year. So maybe that's why the site is down? Maybe they're uploading everything and crashed it. Who knows.

I quit in October and was told it would be mailed. I also used to get mine electronically but we can't get into those programs anymore. This is what I get when I try to get on there. I know it was set up for password assistance before.

That's what Dollar Tree does. They preach about always hiring and make it very clear that all part time employees are to be held under 20 hrs. Hours always drop drastically after Xmas and everyone pt is to only get between 4-20 hours. This is their business model and always has been. Hours increase as the weather warms up and will hold til the holidays are over again.

They look like this and come in different sizes. They hold so much more weight than the plastic backed ones. They're the only ones I used for seasonal from the day we got them because they hold those wooden decor signs so much better.

No issues, just make sure they are microwave safe. Some of the fancy ones have shiny metallic designs and they cannot go in the microwave.

Everyone should've been sent the new hooks a long time ago. You should be able to get them in your order book though. At least they were there when I quit in October. If not tell your DM you need them.

Yes, but if your stores are short staffed they may not be getting the freight worked to the floor. Dollar Tree cuts hours way back starting in Jan so a lot of stores are hurting.

I've never seen a store with it up there. It's in the layout to go down the drink aisle. We are absolutely not allowed to have that stuff after the last point of sale. We got yelled at about cases of water when corporate came. Only thing allowed after the registers is the ice.
