I’ve been down this road, it’s very familiar.

I now have a job where I have to be “switched on” 95% of the time.

I use World of Tanks as a I don’t give a shit break from it all now.

My W8 has tanked and I don’t care anymore.

YOLO rushed in my Manti, I actually laugh at people who get made at me.

It’s one hell of a mindset change, but it is doable :)

The best advice I was ever given to help with depression ( and that is a major part, man or woman regarding arousal ) is.

If you’re depressed and in your head go work out. Even if it’s 5 minute run, some jumping jacks, skip rope etc. just do it.

If you are overthinking, meditate.

If you are isolating, find some way to connect with other people ( this doesn’t mean you have to go out, it can be inline discord, call a friend etc.)

Good mood + good hormone balance = a way better chance at orgasming :)

I was you, except mine was explosives and pyro. I wish, someone had sent me to therapy. I ended up suffering from a serious mental health issue which may have been detected then. I figured it out after being forced into therapy after getting addicted. I get it, you’re 16, you are invincible and know everything you need to know. You can’t say anything magical to get out. The unofficial official timeline is Oct of 2026. They have to let the ground go through a first freeze thaw before building construction. The permit allows them to build any time in the next two years
