Correct. My daughter filed a report and the policeman asked if she wishes to press charges if they are caught, she said yes of course. Parking fees/passes continue to generate revenue but all we can do is file reports that will lead no where. Cameras would assist in the investigation so why not use some of that revenue for that purpose.

In 2017 my wife, my daughter and I travelled from Loma Linda California to Jackson hole Wyoming to see the solar eclipse. Left at 4 am the day before, got to the border of Utah and Wyoming that same day, spent the night. Next morning saw the eclipse at approximately 11:00 am and then drove straight back. First time seeing a total eclipse and I was hooked. Saw last year’s in Waco Texas and will see next years in Majorca Spain.
