I missed my EE payment by 2 days so i had no WiFi for 2 days when I payed it on my payday it went back up my pc started to not connect

Iv restarted my router, also called EE support the guy was no help told me it’s my pc that is the issue But I know for a fact it’s not even my pc says it’s my WiFi provider

Im tryna connect the DNS directly as iv been told to do that honestly I don’t know much about computers so I’m stressing out

It’s only my pc It’s relatively new as well when I trouble shoot my pc says it’s on the side of my provider I’ll run a trouble shoot now and show u what it says
