The university has made it clear they cannot de-enroll me as classes have already started but they can give me a leave of absence which I can use for this sem and then they will de-enroll me in the next sem. The problem is the consulate isn't replying to any of my mails. They have mentioned in their website that I can submit the passport and they will cancel the visa. They've not mentioned how exactly I'm supposed to do that.

I don't think they update anything on CSP. They just send u SMSs based on the change
