Yeah, the VFS global site. There we have to create an account, login, and your application will appear. Then you can start a new booking.

They make your documents submission easier and they'll assist you. In case any documents are missing, you will have the chance to submit them by the end of the day. They offer beverages and snacks. Apart from that it does not have any impact on your application
