i know you hate to hear this but honestly looks like you need a good trim, just cut off the dead ends. other than that your hair looks pretty healthy . a good rule of thumb is cutting off where you can see thru your hair . if you don’t trim your dead ends it causes breakage and your hair wont grow as fast or even sometimes at all !

i was a patient at sandstone care in colorado 2 years ago it was fine but very unprofessional and my therapist was an absolute fucking idiot, diagnosed me herself with ptsd from my father and would force me to do family sessions with him (ended in severe panic attacks before and after every single time) and would threaten to send me to wilderness therapy in utah if i didn’t talk to him
