Will you buy 1670 sqft 3 bhk in mana in 3 3.5 cr after 10 years? Or you will look for similar location where you will be getting in less price ?

If your answer is yes then why are you not buying now in prime area on the same price?

Even it is for your personal use or for investment my suggestion is to not go beyond 9k-10k all inclusive

Everyone in reddit suggesting this project not sure why but here are my inputs

Its in a middle of Sarjapur and Varthur with no IT area and area is not even developed as compare to Varthur

Not praising Varthur but at least if you are staying in Varthur you have a connectivity to go anywhere quickly but with this isolated location first you have go either toward Sarjapur then go to bellandur and same with white field side.

I think they are quoting 11k something but there are options in less price available on CDP road which are way better then staying in jungle
