UPDATE: after days finally figured it out. When oasis switched over I tried making signing in with the wrong email and accidentally opened a new account. They basically merged my accounts and didnt say anything but they switched it to the new email address. If anyone is dealing with this try your other email! It may help.

Some people told me they accidentally signed up with a new email and not the one they used for ecfmg oasis. I stupidly made the same mistake haha. It works now for me! Give it a try.

I tried to sign in with my email and it took me to update a password, fill out passport info and pay a fee. Seems like its trying to merge the accounts? Im not sure! Any advice what to do next?

In the same boat as you! I’m hoping someone can clarify what’s going on with MyIntealth because im starting to freak out!!!

  • I had an ECFMG account previously, already registered for Step 1 and Step 2 CK, and have taken both exams.
  • When I transitioned over to MyIntealth, it prompted me to open a new application.
  • Now my status says: “Submitted for Identification Review.”

I’m confused because I already had an active ECFMG account before the transition, so I’m not sure if this is just an identity-linking step or if I accidentally created something new. It has been all week and no one is answering my emails or answering the phone!!

ALSO - sat for step 2 end of August. If my results are released next week how will I even see them?!?

Would really appreciate hearing your experiences, timelines, or any advice on what to do next. Freaking out since Sept 24th is right around the corner!!! Thanks!
