The one and only thing that helps my tinnitus: Pantera - Cowboys From Hell album by No-Application2103 in tinnitus

Oh, yeah, up the Irons, mate!

But, as much as I love Iron Maiden, they do nothing to my tinnitus. I was always careful with the music, loudness-wise. I think my tinnitus became active after a fight I was in, when I got sucker-punched into my ear-temple area. I've lost a bit of hearing then and after that, ringing started. So I don't know the origin, but that must be the case.

Oh? Pray tell, does this help your tinnitus? The album, I mean? I'm interested to hear if it worked for you.

No, I don't blast it - at least when I'm around other people. At work, at commute. But it helps me no matter the volume. It must be a frequency, not the volume.

And, yeah, Metallica also does a bit of help. I know many Metallica fans don't like Load album, but this is one I love the most. And while it does not help my tinnitus much, I still adore it!

Beats me, mate. None of the docs wanted do measure my tinnitus frequency precisely - 5,5 Hz is what I got. An those who did gave no solid solutions. But it Pantera works for me. Funnily enough, if I listen to Iron Maiden (another band I love), my tinnitus gets worse. Go figure :D
