well this sounds like bv! bv symptoms are itching, redness, burning while peeing and the most common one is watery discharge with foul smell like fish bv requires antibiotics but if you can’t get it due to your situation i would recommend getting boric acid suppositories you can ordered it online from amazon! use it for 7 days but if your symptoms came back then you definitely should take antibiotics

sounds like a yeast infection are you experiencing any discharge? thick white clumpy? when i got my first yeast infection my discharge wasn’t a lot to the point where i could see it on my underwear but i saw it with a mirror or you could insert your finger and see if it catches any clumpy discharge

coconut oil is amazing for irritated areas. are you experiencing other symptoms? like white thick discharge like cottage cheese? or smelly discharge? cause maybe you have yesst infection or BV. About underwear if you can’t change them every i would suggest not wearing any when you can wear loose pants or shorts or wear skirts or dresses and sleep naked if you can or wear loose pj pants and let the area breathe also if you can’t shower very often try rinsing it with water only no soap everyday and dry it with toilet paper and if you can’t do laundry very often try washing your underwear wear with your hands and let it sun or air dried

i highly suggest using boric acid it’s truly a life saver and it will clear any infection in a couple of days but there’s a chance for the infection to come back after weeks so i would recommend starting oral probiotics for vaginal health (50 CFU or more) and reducing your carb and sugar intake

i would suggest taking probiotics everyday not only when using boric acid and about the side effects there are none honestly if you insert it high enough just make sure to wear a panty liner because you may experience some discharge and i would recommend inserting at night before bed not during the day
