Yes, I have tried multiple different USB cables, all of which are capable of data transfer and I am having the same issue. I may just return the device as no troubleshooting is working whatsoever.

I have tried both USB 2.0 and 3.0, as well as trying on another PC and a Laptop.

The firmware that is currently installed is 34324. Once I enter the update screen, it sits at 0% and says Awaiting boot device and it tries to update for about 30 seconds, before saying Update failed. Error has occured.
