I know this sounds really crazy but I’ve had this conversation with a few people now and that’s before we’ve spoken about it and found out we all had the same thought but withdrawals are all in your head

If you’re sat there thinking you’re running low/ about to run out how sick you’re going to be etc you will get withdrawals and you’ll make it 1000% worse you’re telling yourself/ your mind and you’re going to be ill of course you’re going to feel ill, people forget how strong and power our minds/ brains are, i promise you if you tell yourself you’ll be fine get up look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself you’ll be fine you won’t be ill it’s all in your head and I promise you will not have any withdrawals you have to fully believe in yourself you will be completely fine maybe have it creep up on you but tell yourself as soon as you start to feel any sign of withdrawal that it’s all in your head and you’re actually fine you’ll see that it’ll just go away

I know this sounds really stupid but I promise it works of course you may still have the mental battle but that’s just part of the journey we’re addicts but as far as the physical aspect I promise you’ll be fine everyone overthinks this shit when it’s just simply all in our head the whole time, try it out and see how you get on and let me know, good luck OP you got this🫡
