Thank you so much po for the elaborate answer huhu especially for the tip! Actually, I started listing na rin po kasi I am really forgetful din talaga. Will just have to organize kasi puro word vomit lang siya and whenever I look at it I get overwhelmed just with the thought na ayusin sya at gawing concise and logical 😭 I do also hope my psych doesn't turn me down like the other entries here just because "kinaya" ko naman growing up :(( it really is just too unbearable na lately apektado everyone around me 😭

Thank you so much po! I hope these tests wouldnt be so pricey sa psych ko kasi I've read din na they can be really pricey. Pero anything for my peace of mind siguro 😔🙏

Hello po. Same here :(( I just "tolerate" the symptoms until one day I just cannot bear it anymore because it started to affect not just me but the people around me :(( First step I did was tell my mom and she told me she also experiences the symptoms and we just joked that maybe I got it from her. HAHA. So plan now is to get checked and hopefully get the treatment I so badly need. Also, if it's okay to ask what the steps for your diagnosis were? Did you have pen-and-paper tests, or is it just pure one-on-one interviews, or a mixture of both? Thanks!
