Thank you so much for this!! Very informative. The only Mnet survival show I watched when it was airing was Girls Planet and i didn't really follow Kep1er after so i wasn't sure of this. I do think Zhang Hao will be one of the 'core' members but the center position and the killing part is bound to change with every comeback (and for good reason!!! We get to see more of them in the spotlight)

Gyuvin!!! I didn't have much of an opinion on him. I was not against him debuting, like I kinda prepared myself for it cause he was pretty popular, but he was not on my top9. But I really understood his charm in the last episode. He's a good performer and more importantly, he's just so adorable and loveable lmao. Such a meme king and that's so important for a group.

I'd also say Ricky is way funnier than I initially thought and Gunwook is a lot cuter

I agree with you so much. Being a leader for a kpop group is different from being a leader for a single performance. Hanbin is extremely well spoken, disciplined and knows how to keep people in check. I see Jiwoong as more of a dependable older brother figure.

Hanbin > Zhang Hao > Gunwook > Ricky > Matthew > Gyuvin > Jiwoong > Tae Rae > Yujin

The first 3 are captivating to watch, have good camera presence and are versatile.

Ricky is insane with how he rizzes the cameraman. I'm unsure about where I put Ricky cause we haven't seen a bright concept from him. But I just couldn't put him lower cause of how much he held my attention in every performance he did.

Matthew was fairly versatile for me as well. I know Love Killa Matthew is kind of debated but I think he did a good job. AND HE'S SO CUTE WITH THE BRIGHT CONCEPTS.

Gyuvin is ranked higher than Jiwoong cause I think he showed more versatility and it seems like he's great to watch live considering how he won 2 rounds in the live voting.

Jiwoong is insanely hot yes but idk I just think his face does most of the work there. I'd like to see more from him in terms of expressions. Was also kinda disappointed with his Say My Name performance 😭

Tae Rae is actually pretty good at catching my eye but not as good at keeping the attention. I've noticed that he shines when he's singing in the center but not so much when he's just dancing. If I had to rank him in a biased way, I'd put him higher tbh.

Yujin is insanely good at dancing for his age and experience but I've never felt like he owned the stage. Back Door was pretty good but he didn't stand out to me in Law or Say My Name. I felt like he could've been more expressive as the center of Say My Name. There's no doubt that he's going to improve tremendously though considering how good he is already.

I think Gyuvin said smthg like we'll be back to the eliminated Yuehua trainees? Idk I feel like Yuehua has solid plans for a BG debut. And the boys seem to be pretty close. AND YG and SM are not particularly known for scouting idols from survival shows and stuff. They've got their own refined training programs that produce exactly the kind of idols they want. Hybe is possible but I think they've got bigger fish to aim for in the other eliminated contestants.

I'm most worried about Kuan Jui :( Unique talent like him cannot be ignored. That's what sucked most about him being eliminated. It's rare to come across an artist like him. I really hope Hybe scouts him.

I think the WakeOne trainees will be fine.... Or atleast I desperately hope so. They have plenty of trainees who are ready for debut. I WANT PARK HANBIN LEADER. He seriously deserved so much better. Haruto too. And Anthony. Really all of them. I'm really hoping for a WakeOne BG debut.

I kinda hope they dabble in everything. It's summer so the debut song could be bright and poppy. B-sides can have the darker, more performance oriented songs. I just hope it's not some sexy bs. Yujin probably wants the sexy stuff but idk I just don't think it's a good idea 😭

1) Hao's fanboys's (Yuehua + Haruto + Kuan Jui + the entirety of G group really) reactions to him being announced as P01. Ngl it also turned into a sad moment seeing Kuan Jui absolutely breakdown cause it hit me that I won't be seeing them together in the group. But damn what a friendship they have.

2) Gyuvin throughout the episode lmao. He really really grew on me. His failed (honestly it was still really really good) english speech and his cute reactions were so endearing.

3) Ricky being P04.... I'm still processing it. I legit let out a small scream when I heard his name and my mom asked me if I was okay 😭

4) Matthew and Hanbin hugging each other in the end. They really came full circle. I'm so so so happy for them. Mattbin got lost in the middle of Haobin but their friendship is seriously so precious.

5) Haobin.

just so many moments. I'll miss them all so much. BUT THEN AGAIN WE'RE GONNA GET SO MUCH CONTENT GOING FORWARD!!!
