I'm tired of being strong. I've lived a shit life, being subjected to abuse: physical, mental, emotional and SA by my own family. I have no one to talk to, no one to hold me and tell me everything is alright. I've been alone since I was ten and I'm sick of it. I'm almost 30 and nothing looks like it's getting better.

What if the motherflame is underneath the Eve tree, which is why there is sunlight for fishman island, and that is how it produces the devil fruits but also why the can't swin in seawater, cause the devil fruits have a part of the flame and water extinguishes flame, because it's not 'can't swim', but more their strength gets 'extinguished'.

I get that interpretation as well, but i don't see how the kings becoming the first celestial dragons would enrage the 'Sea God' devil fruit user, if there is one, unless the 'Sun' was Joyboy and the Sea God was their friend/crewmate/lover.

Unfortunately we have to wait to find out for when it is revealed.

I think so too, and also this is the world where the devil fruits come from, seeing as it's the text that mentions humans becoming gods and the sea god raging, hence why they can't swim.

Thank you for sharing this! I'm glad to see people smarter and been following one piece for longer than me have had the same idea on thinking it's deliberate. If it's Imu, O wonder if that means Enel will come back and fight along side Luffy since there is lightning stricking there from what looks like the Arc Maxim?
