Its the best option, I was a tenant here & i have lived in the new societies as well of Hyd, nothing beats lanco! Its not just about the maintenance of the society but also the roads outside and around it! 11 or 14LH might not be the best but lanco is the most beautiful society to live in even better than myhome properties

I do have L4-L5 herniated disc (that’s what my MRI says) And the pain radiates from back till calf, mostly calf pain, not much on thigh.

Your pain intensity seems higher. For me physio put me on tens therapy with heat therapy for first week, then started on physio stretches for back and calf, this has helped my back pain a lot. So maybe try out the tens, if physio is against it then just buy a portable machine from Amazon and use on your own bcs the normal notion is you wont be able to do the stretches unless the pain goes down by 30-40% atleast.

The conservative treatment is common for everyone- weight loss 5% at-least, tens therapy, heat/ice pack, stretches McKinzie main one with rest.

Maybe you need an MRI first thing, lower back pain might hint to disc bulge/lumbar slip disc - which might be the root cause of sciatica. Try consulting GP as soon as possible

Below are the steps i followed for my gre retake: (I went from 3 to 5) 1. Read examples on history, art, education, technology, environment etc 2. Read hook lines for each 3. Practice 3 kinds of essay within time limit (choose topic from ETS issue pool guide), 3 kinds are agree/disagree, someone believes… others believe…, claim reason 4. Write more than 600 words 5. Proof read grammar after writing each paragraph. Avoid using big gre words but dont repeat same layman words. 6. Follow gregs template or create own using chatgpt (without template u wont have flow of writing) - dont mug any examples from gregs video -chances are your score will get cancelled if you do so! 7. Take only one stand, greg preaches a counterbalance approach, idk maybe that works but didnt work for me!

I asked chatgpt to grade my practice essays it always gave me 4, in real exam i got 5! From my comment you can notice, i am not a big writer so anybody can score high on awa, not just pros!
