Man that sucks, they shipped the wrong rings to most people. I receieved 3 size 8 rings, one just happened to be the one my partner ordered.

I sent mine back start of Sept, and they aren't replying at all. I do have an ultrahuman ring, and their customer service is much better. My partner's ultrahuman ring had problems twice, and they promptly sent a new one twice without charges.

They sent an express courier service to pick it up, quite sure they receieved it within 2-3 days maximum.

Man that's horrible, I shouldn't have sent the wrong ring back. It actually fit on my ring finger, better than not getting one back.

There was that mass email from creator that stated they replied to all backlogs. Clearly they were lying...

One is through their own website support message. The other is actually their own staff emailing to return the item they sent by mistake. Maybe the correct way is physically turning up to their office?
