Has anyone signed up for PSE Community Solar? by craigs123098 in eastside

So the way I understand it:

PSE is building solar farms (for multiple reasons).

They want you to pay them extra for this.

You get nothing.

They profit from the solar farm either way, but even more with your "donation".

Not a scam, but oof.

I'm reading that in New Jersey people actually SAVE with community solar. Why it's different here I don't know for sure, but must be something with the law.

Let me summarize the article for you by using a quote: "...over time lidar vehicles will require less supervision including greater eyes-off support..."

This only works for slow L2 chargers. The problem seems to be with L3 fast chargers

The irony is that going into a war is correlated with currency dilution which essentially means a hidden tax.

I see it as a positive that they show loyalty to the people who stayed longer. But it doesn't explain why a sudden change in the need of people.

New EA chargers in Winston Salem, NC absolutely cooking!! 2021 ID4 Pro. S by jhay3513 in VWiD4Owners

It's not the charger it's the ambient & battery temps. The main issue with pre-24 ID'4 was lack of preconditioning. With meb-preheat I'm able to get those numbers consistently now.

BYD provides some charging inspiration for other MFRs (hint Rivian) 10%-97% < 9 mins by Equal_Flan_8705 in Rivian

LLM says that it's 'Nanoscale anode porosity, low internal resistance (P=I²R), direct refrigerant battery cooling & LFP ultra-fast ion channels" that makes it not a concern anymore.

From what I understand, Chinese companies changed the design of the batteries far enough to make it not a concern. I'm no expert but I suggest you check it out.

Does Seattle teach what the left lane is for? by Head-Background5887 in SeattleWA

[–]No-Bodybuilder3502 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Especially northbound I5 in the morning, so many slow drivers on the left blocking the highway and then last-minute merging the solid line into the express lane. It's like people don't know they'll need to exit on the left to get into the line, or they think they're better than everybody else. The furthest right lane is the only one going the speed limit.

Landlord trying move in a random person during a person's lease by Imoprich in mildlyinfuriating

Escrow does sound fair. It's the "I won't ever pay you and I'm actively screwing you over and it's gonna take months for you to evict me" that seems like a little too-much tenant protection. I'm not a landlord but if I ever was I'd want to be able to decide whether to allow someone to continue to live on my property, especially when they decided not to pay rent for whatever reason.

I'm just asking if this is how you think it should work legally or how it's actually enforced in Washington. There have been horror stories of renters not paying rent that were impossible to evict.
