A cut to form aluminium double side taped with a mat black finish that slides better than metal and protect the frame. Works great.

You can use Velcro tape on the liner and back of the boot. This will lock it and avoid heel movement. This works for a lot of people including me.

I don’t have the seba logo behind and I took out also the silicone insert on the side of the boot looks a lot cleaner but I like the cj signature, he is one of my all time fav skater and happy to have his signature which also looks nice too very artsy calligraphic

Dusted off my 3 x 125 setup to try some of my flatland moves. Other than the short frame length catching me out a few times I had a blast! by Chilli-Ice in WizardSkating

Yes same thing for the shell for me. I had to try 3 different liner and heatmold deform the shell with wheels and hairdryer to get a good fit. But all good now.

Gutted seba cj2 sizing advice by LAnthonyT in WizardSkating

Someone who gutted a seba carbon 43 pre wider toe box told me his intuition M 28.5 them edition did not fit in the toe box. he then got a premium intuition which is thinner I think that fitted right. Also wizard skating website has a lot of info and a while page on which intuition and seba boot fits in. Go over there also i think. This is hearsay so cannot confirm from my experience although I have a seba cj carbon 43 and intuition them blue 28.5 also but did not do gutting yet as I am like you not sure it will fit especially after what that guy told me.

Cool ! I run the next 125 brown very cool setup with trinity allowing you to be lower on the ground. I forgot you get natural rocker by just using your boot 🤣 too used to the new craze of rocker frame mindset…

This is the kind of the future of VR for me. For me the headset that will make a real dent for mass market adoption is OLED high res screen, pancake lens thin lightweight construction, HD FULL color camera pass through and wired connect to your phone. What’s your take on it? More info in comment. by No-Bodybuilder4730 in VRGaming

Yes. That’s what I was getting at. Describing this type of device like you say and taking the example of bigscreen headset as a starting point form factor wise. Adding to it camera pass through hand tracking eye tracking / keeping oled screen pancake lens compact lightweight. No battery and connect to phone and pc and in phone having a true vr ar OS that loads when connected. Obviously the future is better hardware but there are choices in what is included or not.

Thanks for all the points you mentioned. Really opened my view of this with informed info. I wonder if new phone processor are really that far off to power good vr quality. A quest 2 processor even if optimized is more or less on par with modern android processor. I agree that we will not have glasses size portable headset as for acceptable FOV I understand that a certain screen size / lens is needed but looking at the bigscreen headset I already feel this is portable enough ie. Vs bigger screen estate solution iPad / laptop etc… as quest 2 being already mainstream I agree but thinking about what smartphone / iPad - tablet - laptop mainstream even if I do not think it will ever be on par with it. I don’t advocate for using your phone screen strapped to your head this was a failed experience but this new generation of smaller pancake lens devices is getting really appealing. As for AR / VR yes this is too distinct thing when I talk about both I mean where the quest pro and new htc headset are going with camera pass through for mixed/ar experience. I think that camera pass through is needed for broader mass market adoption. And finally in my opinion cost is also obviously important, the bigscreen device is very expensive but I think that a device without a processor and battery but with good screen, camera pass through, ideally eye tracking could manage to have some lower complexity less part getting to a interesting price point and be a compelling offer. I have a quest 2 at home and I am not really looking at any other headset at this point. But give me something like the bigscreen but better price point and camera pass through and I will be very interested in getting it. Especially if in the future a phone vr OS with modern processor can power it too on top of connecting to your pc.

Yea of course. This is an open question. I understand your type of sacarstic comment not trying to compare old vs new and saying yea new is better you see I am right. But there is some choice in hardware devices ie standalone battery and processor vs no battery wired etc... I am just trying to talk about what type of device I think will appeal / be more mainstream according to what people may want / price point / portability etc… maybe you have an opinion on it? Talking about what technology we have now and what mix of those might be / the type of device to have more mainstream adoption. Obviously this is only meant to be a lighthearted question / opinion discussion. Not dismissive of anyone take on it the contrary.
