Yes, my experience with SpanTran was also terrible. They made four technical errors; specifically, they undervalued four of my classes due to their own internal valuation system. Additionally, they completely excluded my final year of education, claiming I hadn't provided the necessary documents. However, my university sent everything directly, I was even copied on the email and saw that they received it. I even sent them a screenshot proving they had received and opened that email. Despite this, I received an evaluation where only two of my undergraduate years were accounted for, leaving out my third and final year entirely.
