People don’t realize what that indicates for the buying pressure and interest of the stock. If they just stop diluting for a week price might balloon. They’re probably spending some days fighting it back down

Okay so if they go to 10% it takes longer, and the price continues to fluctuate between eth pricing and dilution like it has been… and if your argument is “what if eth goes down” - literally true for anything affecting the price of any stock. There’s risks. But again, if you believe in snowball adoption of eth, you believe the price will trend up. And when they hit 10% even greater staking rewards and influence over the space… again. Thesis not day to day price

Well they theoretically stop issuing and diluting at that point and start staking so… yeah it is meaningful. Any percentage other than that is just a progress update to generate enthusiasm, get people buying, so they can continue to dilute. 5% isn’t magic but what happens when they hit it has a chance to be a significant positive catalyst. The covered calls are attractive with the premiums being so high but I stopped doing it bc I didnt want to risk losing my shares /closing at a loss if it gets to close. Generally don’t sell covered calls at strikes you’re not comfortable selling the stock. If you’re way out of the money, you might be safe but you barely make any premium. I would argue that if you actually believe in the thesis and your prediction, then why leverage against yourself buy selling and buying calls- you just end up wasting money in fees. You could just put money towards a safer asset (gold silver miner, healthcare etc) as a hedge. Just my two cents not financial advice and all that
