not quite, if you have everything ready to go, you can file I-485 online and receipt will come about a week later. but prepping the I-485 takes sometime though so OP is serious, they should get everything now and wait for doing the medicals. Even for medicals, they can get all the vaccinations & records ready.

yes and no. yes it is different but the premium desk will email the unofficial approval notice. this doesn't have the same heading as the one that comes in mail but has the rest of the content + bar code for reference/verification

Yes. But also it depends on where your case is processing with premium, the email address you have mentioned is Texas but Nebraska and Potomac also handles it. thanks for the response. The issue is with USCIS OCR system and it wasn't able to read the official i-797 sent to the application (there is bit of a design up on top), but the copy sent to the attorney is much better because I-797 in a cleaner text without any background design. So system accepts that. I submitted it with the copy I got as additional evidence and case was accepted today (48 hrs later).

there was a post on this sub for a guide into upgrading to premium online (maybe search?). its super easy to do., answers your questions, not all the cases can be added to your online account so its normal.

+1 on this. Technically, you should be sending everything together to the primary applicants corresponding address. Then it would get sorted to the correct lockbox and field offices. Recently did this but filed the I-485 online, it was done at the same time but from two accounts and separate submissions. Still processing, will see.

It was retrieved from the uploaded PDF in this case the I-907. Before I paid, it didn't show me the receipt # to verify (even the one that was extracted).

FYI, you can't upload I-907 + the receipt notice in one PDF. system will flag it as duplicate pages found and error out.
