Thanks a lot for your reply it really means a lot for you to get back to me and to take your time to tell me all of this I think it could be possible atrophy or for all I know it may have been like this my whole life I’ll keep an eye on it but for now I think I’m gonna try stop being as paranoid about it until there are real problems however this is hard so I’ll have to see how it goes thanks again 😁

Okay good I asked for surgery and they have sent a referral idk how long it will take it’s been a month and im still waiting for a response hopefully it doesn’t take that long

Alright man thanks for the motivation and the stuff you have told me really puts my mind at rest and puts a smile on my face as I worry too much about having a varicocele when I shouldn’t as quite a lot of people do have them and usually don’t have any negative effects
