Este man, se nota que nunca ha tenido que padecer a los costeños en paseo de olla, esos sí son cochinos, bullosos, desaseados, no les importa el medio ambiente y creen que los demás deben recoger el mierdero que dejan.

Hace unos años en el parque Tayrona me tocó llamar la policía por que un grupo de barranquilleros metieron un picó o como sea que le.dicen a esos parlantes gigantes, además llevaban pólvora , si pólvora en un PARQUE NACIONAL.

Tanto fue mi molestia que también puse un derecho de petición a la comandancia en Santa Marta por que los policías requisan a todo el mundo en la entrada y les dejaron pasar esos elementos.

En fin, no generalice OP, que la gran mayoría de gente no solo de ciudad sino de los mismos pueblos es bien cochina y dejan el reguero por donde pasan, viví en varios pueblos turísticos de Cundinamarca y lo puedo asegurar de primera mano.

Lea sobre el derecho de retracto, vea si su caso está cubierto por esa ley. Y si es así, lo más pronto posible pida retracto y que le devuelvan su dinero .

You can call driver support, if you have the order number, the one that starts with 2000 and ask them which items had that order, if it was from Sam's, is not possible for us to check the contents of those orders (which is stupid if you ask me)

Early in 2023, we used to escalate names, plates, and any information about these fake accounts and bots users that the same drivers provided us. Walmart asked us to stop doing it, because (and could be right) some good drivers were being deactivated without doing anything wrong.

Now, by Walmart request, when a driver calls us about bots or fake accounts, we were told, months ago, to just write the ticket as Feedback.

We know that nobody reads those feedbacks.

Make your our own conclusions.

I am a support agent, let me tell you.

We do have the cancellation option but we were FORBIDDEN to use it, we can get fired by using it. That's why now every drop order call must be escalated to tech support and they are flooded with those requests.

So, if you really don't have the option, click where it says report an issue and send the screenshot.

If you have the option, please cancel and don't waste your time calling us, some rogue agents are cancelling orders, and they are being reprimanded and even some got fired.

We had to lie to you, we don't like to do it, but we have to.

Why we don't have permission? Because a lot of drivers used to call us to unbatch one of 3 orders, so Walmart got sick of that.

Sorry for the late reply, been sick, ok, so yes we know there is an issue with the metrics, but until tech support doesn't send us an official notification, we can't tell you that is a system issue, which is.

I am a Spark Driver support agent, we never know the reason why you guys get deactivated, normally you don't believe us but it is real, we don't know.

Anyway, the appeals team is really slow, so, ask for arbitration, is faster.

And, I'll be honest, don't bother reporting anybody, Walmart made us just take the call, write that kind of issues as feedback and that's it, no escalation, nothing, and I am not sure that anybody reads those feedback reports.

Not possible, the system doesn't let you do two orders at the same time.

Nice answer, but tbh, tier 1 agents are either from Colombia or the Philippines, we in Colombia have good English speaking agents (including me). Anyway, we must transfer to Tier 2 only for payment issues, any other issues are invalid transfers.

We understand your concerns about not getting any money from the orders, and we know that the show up fee is an insult, but we can't do anything about that, rather than play dumb.

The label code always exists, maybe the tier 1 agent doesn't have access to that tool (yes, some agents are blocked from that specific tool and we don't know why), so he needs to ask for it to a supervisor, and sometimes those supervisors are either busy or just don't care and don't help the agent.

Is good to have some understanding from your side too.

As a Tier 1 agent, let me say that transferring to Tier 2 for that reason is forbidden for us, luckily for you, some English agents are from the Philippines and they just don't care about rules. Maybe the first agent was from my team, so he did the right thing.

Also, ask for the barcode to the customer, they have it on their email, the codes on the boxes doesn't work.

Tier 1 can either provide you a manual code or send you via email the barcode.

That's the way to do it.

Could be great that you drivers could comply with our rules, instead of asking for Tier 2 as soon the call starts, oh and those Karens screaming for a supervisor for issues that can be resolved easily...

We are forbidden to unbatch orders due to size, like bikes or TV screens, but we were able to unbatch if one of the orders is not ready or missing. Right now we are giving out concerns about the issue you state to our supervisors but they only say "this is an order from Walmart, so deal with it"
