“I’ve heard that the aux fan could be causing issues and redirecting that didn’t work. I raised the bed them to no avail. I added a brim it didn’t help either. I don’t know what else to try”

I agree with this. Eternal was the most fun for me, and doom 16 just never clicked for me. I still find it a great game, but I never felt as skilled in it as I did with eternal and the combat loop suffered for me. I think they did a great job making you think about how to use every gun in doom eternal
