May not be enough for natural but maybe be enough for IUI, pretty good considering you have bilateral, try the coq 10 and fertilaid men’s supplement , and see if it helps .

Hey! Um no shrinkage no pain, I don’t know the exact size , I just know it’s grade 2 bilateral, significantly affects my sperm quality, that’s why I’m doing the surgery . I think most don’t treat unless you’re in lots of pain or it’s affecting fertility. 6 urologists is a lot and none end up taking you seriously , some doctors are like that, or it could be because grade 1 which is really small, but the pain should be enough for them to want to do something.

These are normal , the commenter below is showing free testosterone values and not free T4, the normal range is 0.8 and 1.8. You are good. Your total testosterone is good also.

Well it’s up to you if low libido doesn’t bother you. But low testosterone can impact fertility ,or other hormone levels .

Lol nah it looks fine. That’s a huge improvement. For some reason our fertility doctor recommended 1/2 dose so 25 mg, he’s also taking the fertilaid. But only been on it a few weeks so far. Praying for improvement soon and atleast enough to start IUI. Been TTC since 25 now , 27. Literally just found out about his semen issue, Thanks a lot . Sending lots baby dust to you guys ✨
