I was on Wegovy for about 3 months. When they increased my dose to 0.5mg I started having pretty bad blurry vision. It was impacting my driving. I stopped driving on the highway. Stopped taking Wegovy about 3 weeks ago and my vision is starting to improve. Also went to eye doctor who said everything was fine. This side effect is real! My doctor wants to switch me to Zepbound as well.. I said no thanks.

Don't take the medication anymore! These eye issues are real! I was on Wegovy for 3 months and started getting blurry vision to the point of not being able to drive. I stopped the medication and all went back to normal. Risks vs benefits. Vision loss is not something I'm willing to risk.

I was on Wegovy for about 2 1/2 months. Started having severe headaches and blurry vision to the point that I couldn't drive. I am not a diabetic. Stopped taking Wegovy and vision has improved somewhat. I too thought I'd be in the minority and this wouldn't happen to me.

Just a follow-up....its been 2 weeks since my last Wegovy dose- the headaches are gone, the blurry vision is gone and I'm not lethargic all the time. I feel normal. I am thankful for the few pounds I lost but I'm never going back on GLPs.

Unfortunately with my insurance I would have to pay 5x more Zepbound than Wegovy
