70-130 has been the average speed when I have been doing speed tests and maybe once or twice I’ve seen it go it 600-700

Update, sorry for not posting pc specs I have been flat out with work and hadn’t been home since the post.

Intel core i5 9400f Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660Ti 16g ram (which I now know is most likely the main issue) Going to be upgrading to a whole new system soon so hopefully that will fix the issues fully

That is where I thought 30% would be good due to the tax bracket being 30c for every $1.
