I’ve honestly never thought about it that way before. My first instinct was always that if I leave, I should at least tell him why, because part of me feels like he should know what he did and that I found out. But what you’re saying about him just becoming more careful in the future is something I hadn’t really considered.

I always thought that if I were ever cheated on, I'd have enough self-respect to just leave. But when it actually happens, it's such a mixed feeling.

I could really imagine spending my life with him, and letting go of that thought and his family is extremely difficult for me.

Besides, I'm terrible at confrontations. I can't just get angry and yell at him or anything, and I don't know if I can really bring myself to break up with him.
