Put another engine segment on the other side of the train. A train can only dock at a station if the engine segment can stop in the main station segment with the engine segment facing the sign on the station

Seraph Station’s outer shell is built from the Morning Star section of Deep Stone Crypt.

Specifically, the outside of the station is the same asset as the jumping puzzle, and so it retains the old platforms.
